Cookies and preferences
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the only binding one and prevails in case of doubt. Read the Spanish version
You can accept, reject or change the optional analytics from open preferences. Rejecting takes a single click, just like accepting. If you do not decide, PostHog and Hotjar stay switched off.
Functional storage
Your browser keeps the identifiers and quantities of the cart in local storage, along with your decision about the optional analytics. This keeps your cart and remembers your choice. The amounts are recalculated on the server when you buy.
If you switch to dark mode or back to light, the website stores your choice in the tema cookie for one year. It is a preference you ask for, so it does not require consent.
Umami
When the shop switches on its self-hosted instance, Umami counts visits without using cookies. In the test environment it stays off unless it is expressly configured.
PostHog
When the shop switches it on, PostHog measures how the website is used: page views, clicks on links and buttons, heatmaps and session recordings. It only loads after your express consent. Its data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). It keeps a random identifier and the details of the visit (the session and the first page, without personal data) in your browser, in the ph_<key>_posthog cookie and in local and session storage, for one year.
Recordings hide everything you type and are only made on pages in the allowed list. The cart, orders, the checkout form, the customer account and the management area are excluded. PostHog receives the page addresses without order details or personal links. You can revoke it here at any time: when you do, the page reloads and its cookie and data are removed from this browser.
Hotjar
Its heatmaps and recordings may use cookies or other identifiers. It only loads after your express consent and on pages in the allowed list. It is excluded from the cart, orders, the checkout form, the management area and pages with personal data. You can revoke it here at any time; when you do, the page reloads to stop it running.
Google Maps
The home page, “Our shop” and “Contact” show the Google map with the shop. When it loads, Google may use its own cookies under its privacy policy.
Hosted payment
Your card details are entered on Redsys, outside this website. That service applies its own cookie policy during payment.
