Products and prices

We sell numbered bulk perfume references and packaged products. The size, the quantity, the price including applicable taxes and the availability are shown before you pay. The amounts in the cart are approximate until the server’s final quote.

Purchase and payment

You can buy as a guest. The final summary is shown before you leave for Redsys. Your card details are entered only on our bank’s secure page (Redsys); this website never receives them. The order remains pending until the payment confirmation arrives and has been verified. This website sends order confirmations, not invoices.

Shipping and delivery times

The shipping cost and the areas we ship to are shown before you confirm the payment. We prepare your order in 1 or 2 working days from the payment confirmation and send it by courier, which usually delivers it in 24 to 72 working hours from dispatch. When it leaves, we email you the tracking number. If it is delayed or arrives with a problem, write to contacto@latiendadelascolonias.com quoting the order number and we will sort it out.

Collection in store

If you choose to collect it, we email you when it is ready. You can pick it up at C/ San Juan, 3, Málaga, during the shop’s opening hours, within 15 days of our email.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as we have not sent it or told you it is ready to collect: write to contacto@latiendadelascolonias.com quoting the order number and we will refund the full amount using the same means of payment.

Returns and incidents

Bulk perfumes are prepared for you and cannot be returned; packaged products only if they are still sealed. We explain it under the right of withdrawal. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact contacto@latiendadelascolonias.com quoting the order number. You can also request an official complaint and claim form.
