Complaint and claim forms

The official complaint and claim forms of Andalusia are available to consumers. You can ask for them at the shop at C/ San Juan, 3, Málaga, or ask for information on how to submit them in writing at contacto@latiendadelascolonias.com. Postal address for the complaint: Calle San Juan nº 3 29005 Málaga.

How to request one

1. Say that you would like an official complaint and claim form.
2. The shop must provide the official form and receive the completed form through the appropriate channel.
3. Keep your copy and the proof of submission. The shop will reply in writing within the legal period.
