Right of withdrawal

General period

In a distance purchase, consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receiving the goods to give notice that they are withdrawing, without having to give a reason. You can tell us so unequivocally at contacto@latiendadelascolonias.com, stating the order and the product.

What cannot be withdrawn from

We prepare bulk perfumes for you at the time of your order: we fill the bottle with the reference and the size you choose. As goods made to your specifications, they cannot be withdrawn from. Neither can products we deliver sealed, such as the packaged ones, if they have been unsealed after you received them, because for reasons of health protection and hygiene they cannot be sold again.

Return and refund

Packaged products that are still sealed can be returned within those 14 days. Write to us before you send them and we will tell you how. The cost of returning them is yours. We refund what you paid using the same means of payment within 14 days at most, and we may wait until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it.

Damaged or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not the one you ordered, write to contacto@latiendadelascolonias.com with the order number and a photo: we will replace it or refund your money, at no cost to you.

Model notice

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the purchase of order [number], received on [date], relating to [product]. Name and contact details: [details].” Send it to contacto@latiendadelascolonias.com.
